Front End Developer & Designer.
A bit of a web veteran by now, with 20 years in the industry. Have picked up a few skills along the way starting life as a designer, moving into development and most recently team lead.
Newyddion is the digital news service for S4C. Before developing the platform, a prototype was designed and created to gauge its viability.

Clic was recently relaunched as very much a minimal viable product. As part of a small, dynamic team we were able to create a React website which we used as a Cordova app for iOS and Android. The next step is to make UI improvements based on user research and testing. These are the intial results of that work.

Argus
All weather, self powered, 4G dropcam.
Argus was a side project in which I designed a concept for a dropcam along with branding and accompanying marketing material.
I worked with an American inventor to visualise his idea to test the water with venture capitalist funding.

Wibl.me
A childcare app that helps parents organise sitters.
I designed and created the website, branding and wrote the front-end for the app itself.

S4C
Pushing the boundaries
A website to accompany a document used to highlight the worth of S4C as a channel to the UK government.
I created the website in close partnership with the graphic designer that produced the document itself.

Andrew Canham
I’m a Cardiff based web designer and front-end coder. I design websites, apps, TV apps, interfaces, icons and more. I love the process of making things, from the initial concept to implementation.
If you’re interested in working with me, or just want a good old-fashioned chat, just drop me an email or tweet. You can also see some of my experiments on CodePen.
